The old dashboard is still there. Its just when you click the Xbox button on your controler, instead of the current thing it will be the old dashboard. (So I'm told)

You're almost right there. When you hit the xbox button, the new guide closely resembles the old blade system. It has almost all the same functionality aswell. It's just much smaller of course.
