| I haven't quite gotten to bloodstone yet, but I did save my download content card from the Limited Edition...
Not to sound like a dumbass, but just making sure that you know you can only get the dungeon if you got the LCE.
Anyways, the card says it's off a dive spot that is just off the center pier in Bloodstone. It's probably like the dive spot to the gargoyle trove, where you have to hold A and then you dive and it takes you to the area. | |

| Hall of the dead is in bloodstone by the Water Front, swim on the port and you will find a dive spot. Dive and you will be there. | |

Go to the 1 pier that is like perfectly straight, is you're looking out into the ocean at the end of the peir, it's up the the right just a lil bit. | |
