| Okay so i have not moved my xbox while it is on and its pissing me off that its scratching my COD4 disk.
It just enhanced the scratching by scratching the top of it?
Im thinking about calling microsoft but what will they tell me? | |

| who knows but mine did that 2 me n well i sent it n n got a new 1 havent had a problen since so ya they might have u send it in. | |

They will ask you for codes on your Xbox, they will ask you what wrong with it and what is the color of the Button where you turn on ad off the console, and then they will tell you that you need to ship it so they can fix it ... For the game , if you just bought go to the store and said that it came scratch and you would like to exchange the game for a new one , almost all the stores will let you exchange the game for a new one . | |

he said take out the hard drive and it worked
but i didnt tell him that it did so i put the hardrive back on and it

| i had that with my old xbox, and i sent it to MS got a new one and it worked like a charm i dont have the scratches any more! | |

| Eyy yes my Overlord disk was completly ruined. My only advise friend is to lie your 360 flat for now on. When up and down it can horribly scratch your disk from time to time. | |

| This kind of thing happened to my Oblivion disk, but only when I foolishly Flipped it on its side while it was running with the disk in it. :blush: I didn't even know it would happen at the time. Luckily my friend gave me his extra copy, which then stopped working a few days ago. I'll have to buy a new one, probably the GOTY edition. | |
