a bit late there syko therapy

so i havent posted any of my food on here yet. here is some stuff from the past few meals...

a quiche. i forget what kind. either spinach or broccoli with chedder


yellow cake i made from scratch with raspberries and cream.


this may not look all that appetizing, lol. it is sausage with tomato sauce and cheese


buffalo wings. cooked the chicken and used the sauce.


pasta with tomato sauce and italian sausage.


im going to be making some blueberry muffins later tonight and i will try to get those posted some time soon.

it looks really really good expessially the quiche

that quiche did look good.

and franks hot sauce...lol.
i worked at a place where the chef's famous buffalo sauce was made from Franks hot sauce, a pound of butter, and a sam adam's boston lager.

that is actually the recipe on the back of the bottle....minus the lager.

Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast breaded with a mixture of something like instant potatoes and garlic. With a side of Corn and Green Beans.

I can't really rememeber what I put in the breading but it was pretty good. I know there was instant potato flakes in it.

i made a waffle sandwich , its got egg, breakfast patty, and cheese, and a dash of syrup
it taste dam good (i coulndt wait i had to bit into it lol)

i made Cha Sui couple weeks ago, dont have a picture of it tho, but it looked like this:
