The update that did naught! (or did it?)

So, looks like the update did do a little something =P

well they were updating the backend servers. mostly installing more hardware and configuring bandwidth.
they are bumping up chat streams, which costs more bandwidth.

they just wanna make sure it's not like the christmas that Live destroyed.

i dont mind at all , im looking at the xbox 360 forums and i just dont understand why people are so upset, as though microsoft promised us something that day. the way i see it they have the right to do what ever they want with xbox live(as long as they don't violiate the the xbox user agreement with the company)

so long as they don't make it look sloppy or clumped together, or doesn't fully copy another console and stuff

yea i doubt that is the only thing that is changed.

i think they just wanted to test the New Xbox Experience on the Live servers, and see how it works.
they probably had enough time to put it on test it and then get it off again!

like i posted before,
i'm pretty sure they were doing physical upgrades to the hardware, bringing everything online, testing the upgraded bandwidth usage, and then double checked everything.

but, my original post was to say that originally they were just going to test everything and upgrade, but in fact. they did change one minor thing that they didn't say they were going to do.

didn't think everyone would notice it. so i posted =)

This info Is not confirmed but i belive that is a lie

The update was also the basis of the new desktop updates with the avatars n group chat n stuff so when thats released itwont be like a whole day to get it.
