Fable II - First Impressions!

Discuss your initial reaction and first impressions of the game. What do you like or dislike about the world, characters, battle system, graphics, or any other aspect of the game?

Hands down one of the greatest games ever. I'm not even nearly half way done yet and I'm already so engrossed I played for nearly 8 hours strait. :gamer: :crazy:

agreed. i was up until 7 am. slept til 1130 and im back on now, lol.

By the time I'll get to play you'll be playing for a third time if you keep it like this ^__^

So I have finish the storyline !

It took me 10 hours straight of playing!.

I did not Use the LE content its not necessary actually, I did not use the guide (even if I have it).

I did play co-op for around 1 hour with a friend.

The story is somehow short but full of surprises, Is addicting and compelling.

I am really happy about how it turn out.


I Finish the storyline but not all the side quest, I did a few of them but not all. I am pretty happy about ho this game turned out.

I am now going to get everything that I left behind, and play this game like crazy.

Thanks Lionhead for such a well done game.

If anybody needs help or question I will be happy to answer them, let me know I will be online the whole day.

Well Peter was right, if you rush through the game and get it done that quickly you miss out on a lot. No spouse, no family, not a ton of people like you etc and you miss out on a lot from not doing the quests... I would have taken my time the first gameplay through.

oh, people people ... This is not about rushing it this is the way I do it ... let me pull out the post from Lionhead thread I made , see if it explains it .. and Actually a lot of people like me and are in love with me on the game ...

Ok ! , I have rushed the game not because I want to get it over with or because I am after the achievements.

I did this because the way I play RPG's is by finishing the storyline first, and then take my time doing everything else that I left behind.

I finish this game so quick because I really want to enjoy this game without the worries of the storyline.

I will not stop playing this game because I finish the story, my post states "I finish the story", not I finish the game.

I have not finish the game because I have not got everything, I still need to do mire stuff. I plan to play this game for a long while, I want to get every little thing that fable II has there for the gamers.

I am also planing to play the storyline again as an Evil character, today I finish the story as Good .

Also I have done a lot of quest, all Albion already know me and love me. I own lots of property and I am really close to be max out on all my abilities.

I am all the way pure and almost all the way good .

I've played for about 3 hours and I believe it is great so far. I love the combat, the dog and various other things. I've been around the xbox and lionhead forums and everyone is saying the game is stupid and the coop is stupid and PM didnt deliver. I have not had any negative thoughts yet so maybe everyone is just crazy.

havent done any co-op yet because i have just been doing my own thing in the game. the main story and alot of sides quests.

well i enjoyed it untill a hour and a half through when i was playing with my friend and he pulled on his controller and my 360 falls of about an inch and it go's crazy and scratches the shit out of the disc and riuns it i even went to blockbuster to repair it but i have to buy a new fuck im pisst

I really enjoy the game and everything that is in fable 2 i love
even the co-op camera It can be a pain sometimes but you learn to get use to it.
So far ive been trying to find everything in every map w/o the guide so far

i love it because every aspect in the game is flawless
yeah co-op cam does get annoying but oh well

So what does everyone think of Fable 2 thus far?(no spoilers just opinions and thoughts of the game)

its absolutely fantastic! It really can't be considered 'polished' because i've had about 5 odd glitches in the last 12 hrs, but they only last a second and once you get past that everything is perfect
