If you invest in Westcliff you lose the tattoo artist there. Is there any way you can get those tattoos anywhere else after wards. Or is that the only place to get them? I Have a hero with the developed town and one with the undeveloped I just wish i could invest and get those tattoos back on my first hero. I was so sad, I love the nomad warrior tattoos, that shaman one is sweet too.

Hmm... I don't know for sure, but if they can still be found your best bet would be traveling merchants.
