Moving your family to a different house?

My character's husband keeps saying, "This house is fine, but when can we move into a bigger one?". And since we've been in the same little house since the beginning of the game, I agree. But there is nothing I can do to move my family into a different home. If I examine the property of the house we already live in, it only gives me the options to redecorate or set the budget. If I examine the property of any other house that I own (and do not rent out to someone) it does not have the option to set as my marital home; just the options to rent out, sell or redecorate. Is this not possible to do or am I missing something obvious?

I didn't think of that. Duh! :crazy: Well, what if I already bought the house and can't sell it? Can I still have them follow me there and then set it as my marital home?

any house with a bed in it can be set as your marital home

i suggest the castle or a mansion, they're happy with that
