Well that sounds like it might ruin the thing of managing your mana and ammo like in other games. Well Mass Effect didn't have any "Mana" or ammo and it was great so I guess it'll work just fine.

unlimited mana and bullets sounds stupid i liked it when part of the challenge was using everything wisely not rapid fire dont care kinda type of thing

Although thinking back, there were unlimited arrows in Fable 1 and Mana Potions were in high supply if you had enough money.

u have a good point but a lot of other games dont have unlimited mana and most of the time theres not that much mana potions around like oblivion which was amazing
